Formatting slides

You can apply different formatting attributes to each slide in your e-show. This formatting is done using the Format Slides dialog box. To open the Format Slide dialog box, choose Slide from the Format menu.

Or, you can format all of the slides in your e-show simultaneously by choosing Select All from the Edit menu before you open the Format Slides dialog box.

You can also create a master slide for a section. A master slide enables you to define a slide format for all existing slides in a section and the formatting will be applied to any new slides that you create. To open the Format Master Slide dialog box, click Master Slide on the Format Section dialog box or choose Master Slide from the Format menu.

The Format Slides dialog box has three tabs:

Each tab allows you to format a different section of the slide. The Background tab allows you to specify a color or an image to be used as the background of your slide. The Fonts tab allows you to select a font and font formatting attributes for the slide title and each bullet level in your slide. The Bullets tab allows you to select a bullet icon and a bullet color for each level of your slide.
